* There is a minimum stay of 3 nights/short stay surcharge of € 10,- per day.
* Our prices are based on the number of persons stated. Each additional person € 20,- /day.
* The local tax is € 3,50 per person and day (from the age of 15).
* The final cleaning fee is € 80,- to € 100,-.

* Cash payment or advance bank transfer

Cancellation & terms of payment
* Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
* 7 days before arrival 70% of the total price.
* 90% of the total price on the day of arrival 18:00.
* 30% deposit within 7 days of booking via bank transfer.
